4th Symposium tribute to Maxime Dahan
The new edition of the Symposium in tribute to Maxime Dahan, entitled “Clusters and Condensates at the Cell Membrane” will take place from November 30 to December 1, 2026, at Institut Curie, Constant-Burg amphitheater (12 rue Lhomond, 75005 Paris).
The symposium will focus on phase separation, size regulation of membrane domains, biophysical aspects of membrane dynamics, as well as biochemical interactions within cells and at membranes.
As the previous editions, this symposium is held in memory of Maxime Dahan, a pioneering biophysicist who passed away in 2018. It will bring together scientists from diverse disciplines to share their work and to continue his legacy in this exciting field ofresearch at the interface of molecular cell biology and biophysics.
The detailed program will be sent in the coming months. It features three scientific sessions with presentations by international scholars as well as selected short talks. To be considered, please submit an abstract to: aida.fakhr@curie.fr.
Registration deadline: September 30
The symposium will also be the occasion to award the Maxime Dahan Prize for Innovation in Methods and Instrumentation at the Interface of Physics, Biology & Medicine.
