- Alice Balfourier (ENS) - Combining bio-analytical chemistry and computational approaches to study endogenous metal ions during zebrafish embryogenesis I The project aims to determine the role of four endogenous transition metals—iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and manganese (Mn)—in the early stages of zebrafish embryo development.
- Baptiste Vauléon (Institut Curie) - Cortex to shape. Leveraging conditional generative AI to decode 3D cell morphogenesis from biophysical measurements I The project aims to establish a quantitative framework linking actomyosin cortex mechanics, molecular organization, and cell morphology through advanced biophysical measurements and AI-driven 3D imaging approaches.
- Philéas Larcher (IBENS) - Use of laser microdissection approach to separate intracellular lifestyles of Listeria monocytogenes for accurate transcriptomic analysis I The project aims to characterize the adaptive transcriptional response of bacteria residing in eSLAPs by comparing their stress, metabolic, and virulence profiles to extracellular and cytosolic bacterial populations.
- Jean-Baptiste Brault (Institut Curie) - Building the Niche : a Comprehensive Roadmap of Extracellular Matrix Secretory Routes in Human Radial Glial Cells I The project aims to decipher how extracellular matrix deposition and secretory trafficking dynamics in human radial glial cells regulate cell fate decisions and shape neocortical development.
- Neta Felsenthal & Mirna Kramar (Institut Curie) - Bioelectric characterization of intestinal epithelium monolayers I The project aims to establish the first bioelectric map of membrane potential (Vm) in intestinal epithelial monolayers derived from organoids.
- Núria Ros i Rocher (Institut Pasteur) - Ecology of multicellularity in the choanoflagellate Choanoeca flexa : from the lab to the field I The project aims to investigate how the environment influences distinct multicellular strategies (clonality vs. aggregation) and the cellular mechanisms regulating kin (self) recognition in choanoflagellates.
- Claudia Zilian (IBPC) - Lipid-Dependent Allosteric Modulation and Biased Signaling at the Adenosine A2A Receptor I The project aims to establish a robust HEK293 cell platform enabling controlled modulation of plasma membrane lipid composition to investigate its impact on receptor expression and signaling.
